The IDU is thrilled to invite you to its first event of the year in Montreal : the Cocktail de la mairesse de Montréal*, which will take place on January 21, 2026, starting at 5:30 p.m., in the lobby of the magnificent Sun Life Building!

For the very first time, we will have the honor of welcoming the Mayor of Montreal, Ms. Soraya Martinez Ferrada, who will give a short speech at around 6 p.m.

To kick off the new year, we invite you to join us for a special evening with Ms. Martinez Ferrada and the commercial real estate industry ! This cocktail party is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your peers, meet new players in the industry, and strengthen the ties that make our network so strong.
