BIM is a revolution for Facility Management. According to several studies, the benefits for Real Estate owners are major, with substantial savings. However, what are the needs and challenges of the real estate owner to engage in BIM?

The ETS Research Group on Integration and Sustainable Development is preparing a guide to help property managers measure the opportunities and challenges of deploying BIM in their organization.

As part of this project, IDU members are invited to respond to this questionnaire which will allow us to better understand the environment in which you operate in order to propose approaches that respond to the reality of your daily work.
