The IDU is pleased to invite you to its annual conference on Quebec City real estate market trends, which will take place at the Château Laurier (Des Plaines Room) on November 12, from 12pm to 2pm !

Come hear about the major trends in the Quebec City real estate market, presented by Alain Roy, Évaluateur agréé et associé chez GDA Services immobiliers intégrés.

Afterwards, François Pelchat, Partner, Vice President of Development and Marketing at Immostar and President of the Quebec City Regional Council of the IDU, will moderate panel discussion on rising construction costs and their impact on the completion and profitability of real estate projects, as well as their affordability. The discussion will bring together:

  • Gabriel Melançon, CPA, Directeur du Département de contrôle de coûts chez GDA Services immobiliers intégrés;
  • Jean-Michel Simard, Vice-président d'Immeubles Simard et vice-président du Conseil régional de Québec de l'IDU;
  • And a third panelist, to be announced shortly !
