The IDU's RJA is pleased to invite you to its 5-to-7 at Rivero, taking place on November 10, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.!

During this event, Jean-Michel Simard, Vice-president of Immeubles Simard and Vice-President of the IDU's Quebec City regional council, will share his hands-on experience converting office buildings for residential use. Using the Rivero project as an example, he will discuss the business opportunities, the challenges encountered, and the technical, financial, and regulatory particularities of the project.

Attendees will be invited to tour the venue.
