Tyler Harden is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Harden, a family-owned real estate development and investment company. Harden specializes in the development, construction, leasing, and asset management of diverse commercial, residential, and industrial properties. 

Since joining the company in 2008 after earning a Bachelor of Administration from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Carlsbad, California, Tyler has played a key role in Harden’s growth and strategic direction. He was appointed Co-CEO in 2022. 

Under Tyler’s leadership, Harden continues its mission to transform spaces into dynamic environments where people can live, work, and thrive. With a vertically integrated structure and a multidisciplinary team, the company delivers large-scale real estate projects tailored to the evolving needs of both residents and commercial tenants, while maintaining a focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation. 

Beyond his professional role, Tyler is deeply committed to community involvement. Since 2019, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Charles Bruneau Foundation, where he currently holds the position of Treasurer.
