A finance and real estate professional, Tristan graduated from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate. 

He entered the Montreal real estate industry in 2021 by joining Altus Group in valuation and advisory, where he developed deep expertise in market studies, portfolio valuations, and fund NAV assessments. He then advanced his career in real estate development private equity at Fiera Real Estate. 

Driven by the idea of sustainable and regenerative real estate, Tristan joined Groupe Danu, a pioneering organization in the ecological transition of Quebec's real estate sector, with a mission to design and deliver large-scale carbon-neutral residential projects across the province. 

Involved for several years in supporting the next generation of real estate professionals, Tristan has led the Mentorship Sub-Committee of the Institut de Développement Urbain's Réseau des Jeunes Ambassadeurs since 2023.
