With over twenty years of experience in real estate development, Nicolas Maltais serves as Director of the Real Estate Division at Groupe BMTC inc. and has also been a key contributor to the Groupe Tanguay for more than a decade. He has successfully led numerous large-scale projects across Quebec in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. 

Holding a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA, Nicolas combines strong strategic expertise with a solid command of real estate development. A seasoned manager, he has overseen the construction of major projects that have supported the growth of several leading organizations. 

He has notably distinguished himself through the restoration of heritage buildings, including Le Capitole de Québec and Maison Chevalier, and through his expertise in hotel construction. He also directed the development of new Tanguay stores built entirely with glulam timber structures, reflecting his commitment to innovation and sustainability. 

Recognized for his rigor, leadership, and structured approach, Nicolas excels in managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve results that align performance, quality, and efficiency. 

Actively involved in his community, he has supported numerous charitable causes and has served several times as honorary chair of fundraising events.
