Jean-Michel Simard represents the 3rd generation of Immeubles Simard, one of the largest family real estate businesses in the Quebec region. Immeubles Simard is constantly evolving and owns nearly 40 residential and commercial buildings. Jean-Michel is very active within the company, in addition to property management, he supervises acquisition projects as well as the development of new constructions.

In order to have a more global vision of the environment, he studied with other organizations. He was notably real estate director at the Cominar Real Estate investment fund.

Having been immersed in real estate since his childhood, the development of Quebec City is particularly close to his heart. Through his actions and achievements, he wishes to contribute to the development and influence of our community.
