With over 20 years' experience at Pomerleau, François Tremblay is Senior Vice-President, Private Sector
within the organization. He leads a team of more than 200 people who are working hard on construction sites
across the province. He is responsible for a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, food and
beverages, data centres, healthcare, heavy industrial, hotels, retail, commercial and residential.
Detail-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction, he has completed some of the most emblematic
projects in the company's history. These include the CHUM Research Center, Royalmount and Hôpital
Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
More specifically in the residential sector, he has overseen projects such as Novia Longueuil, Haleco, Evolo
Nex, SAX sur le Fleuve, Îlot Rosemont, Quartier Maritime (Rimouski) l'Esplanade Cartier, le Gatsby, and 1500
de Maisonneuve.
Throughout his career, François has ensured the success of major and complex projects, using a wide range
of construction methods.
Engineer graduate from Sherbrooke University, François is recognized for his ability to combine leadership
and technical expertise. François also holds advanced training from the prestigious Bell Leadership Institute
in Virginia. A family man and passionate mountain biker, Centraide’s cause holds a special place in his heart.
