Annie Gagnon-Larocque is a partner in our Real Property and Planning Group in Montréal and serves as Practice Lead for the Québec region.
She represents and advises sophisticated commercial property developers on a range of transactions, including real estate acquisitions, financings, property development, commercial leasing, and joint ventures. Annie also acts for financial institutions and public and private companies in the senior housing, retail, and hotel sectors.
Annie is ranked Band 1: Real Estate in Chambers Canada Guide 2025. She is a fellow of the ACMA (American College of Mortgage Attorneys), a member of the Urban Development Institute (UDI), and sits on the Real Estate Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec Division. She is a past president of CREW Montreal (Commercial Real Estate Women).
Annie is a faculty member of Concordia University’s Real Estate Management Certification program. She earned her BA in French Literature and Translation from McGill University in 1999 and her integrated BCL/LLB from McGill in 2002.
She has been with the firm since her call to the Quebec Bar in 2003.
