The IDU is delighted to invite you to the Grande Soirée Immobilière de Québec, presented by Immostar, which will take place on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at the Méga Parc.

Held the day before the Quebec City Real Estate Summit, this biennial event is the must-attend gathering for decision-makers and professionals in the region’s real estate industry. In a single evening, you’ll have the opportunity to network with over 350 key players shaping our cities : major institutional landlords, developers, property managers, industry professionals, and many more.

Much more than just a happy hour, it’s a rare opportunity to gather with peers, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and celebrate the dynamism of our industry—all in an extraordinary setting.

No panels. No presentations. Just quality networking, direct conversations, and the right people in the same room. It’s exactly the kind of evening where partnerships are forged and projects take shape !

Don’t just hear about it. Be there and book your ticket quickly, because tickets are limited !
