THE UDI is pleased to invite you to the new edition of the Perspectives du marché immobilier de Québec conference, to be held on February 15 from 12 noon to 2 pm at Hôtel Le Bonne Entente (ballroom).

Martin De Rico, É.A, President and Partner at DeRico Experts-Conseils, will open the conference with a presentation on Quebec City's market outlook for 2024. François Bourque, columnist for Le Soleil, will talk about political prospects for the coming year.

Finally, there will be a panel discussion on the factors driving the recovery, featuring Nicolas Roy, Director of Economic Development and Major Projects at Ville de Québec, Isabelle Melançon, CEO of UDI, and François Bourque, moderated by Martin De Rico, É.A.
