The UDI is delighted to invite you to its Tendances du marché de Montréal 2023 conference, to be held on October 24, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., in the Nordheimer Room at the InterContinental Montreal. 

This year, Benoit Durocher, Director and Senior Economist at Desjardins, will offer a macroeconomic overview of the current market.

Both from Altus Group, Jean-Bernard Parenteau, Director of Communications and Strategic Development, and Caroline Bernard, Vice President - Property Tax Management, will present an analysis of trends in the Montreal real estate market.

The panelists will be: 

• Mélanie Robitaille,  Executive Vice-President, Rachel Julien;

• Charles-André Latour, Senior Executive Director, Altus Group;

• Tommy Archambault, Founder and CEO, Levier real estate agency.

This panel will be moderated by Sébastien Samuel, Director at Altus Group.
